The Missile Man- Tribute to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
A village boy
A noble man
Not worldly but
Heaven humane
Personified simplicity
Pioneer of curiosity
Inspiration his power
Flying with the Wings of fire
Ignited every mind
Be it any kind
Failure failed for failing him
Will power he possessed to brim
A million obstacles he got
With humbleness he duly fought
Again again disappointment
But AGNI got the achievement
ISRO his legacy
Now 104 the world could see
When nobody believed we can
There rose up The Missile Man
Hard work met with brilliance
On the face did success prance
World looked upon our INDIA
got NASA insomnia
The saple that had planted thee
Is growing up humongous tree
Now that touch you nobody can
Still in the hearts of everyone
You do reside and will forever
Until there lives a single man
Earth has lost her son so wise
The world did cry on your demise
The fire ignited by you
Won't extinguish but more will rise
No man such humble, simple born
Inspiring youths of the nation
Oh Lord so lucky you must be
You have one of your greatest son...
